These Terms of Use govern your use of the Pragmr website and any public materials we publish about OnTime. By accessing the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

A paid or trial subscription to Pragmr OnTime may be covered by a separate order or subscription agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the subscription agreement controls for the product.

You may use the site for lawful, professional purposes — learning about Pragmr, requesting a demo, trial, or delivery prediction, or contacting us. You may not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Content on the site is for general information. It is not a commitment that a project will finish on a given date, and it is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

The site, OnTime, and all related names, logos, graphics, and copy are owned by Pragmr or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to view the site. You do not receive any other rights unless we grant them in writing.

The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pragmr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.

Our total liability for claims relating to the public website is limited to one thousand Indian rupees, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if that cap is not enforceable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may change these terms by posting an updated version on this page. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
